1. Your Data Stays Yours

At SSHDock, we believe in privacy by design. Because our application runs entirely in your browser, we do not collect, store, or transmit your SSH credentials, private keys, or terminal session data to our servers.

2. How Connections Work

When you initiate an SSH connection through SSHDock, your browser connects to your remote server via a WebSocket proxy. This proxy simply relays encrypted bytes between your browser and your server. The proxy cannot decrypt your traffic, and it does not log your keystrokes, commands, or terminal output.

3. Local Storage

If you choose to save a connection or your private keys (such as RSA or ed25519 PEM files), this data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It is never synced to the cloud or visible to SSHDock developers.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to monitor website traffic and performance (such as page views). We do not track individual user behavior inside the terminal application, nor do we use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
